The services

OlaPR provides public relations services including media distribution packages (Wave360), editorial feature placements (Ripple+), and podcast booking services (PodWaves), as described on this site. Deliverables, timelines, and prices are shown before you buy — that transparency is part of the deal.

Orders & payment

Prices are in USD and charged at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe. For tailored services (like PodWaves), a written quote is provided before any payment is due. Monthly strategies are billed once for the full term shown at checkout.

Our placement guarantee

We present placement opportunities we believe are available and succeed in securing them the large majority of the time. If we are unable to get you published as described in your order, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the affected placement fee. Publishers retain final editorial control over their platforms, including how long content remains live — though we always aim for permanent placements.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide about yourself and your work is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that your work does not fall within our restricted categories. You’ll review and approve your feature before it is pitched; timely approvals keep timelines on track.

We don’t work with sexually explicit content, unreviewed or unregulated health claims and products, gambling, get-rich-quick schemes, cannabis, or unregulated investment opportunities.

“As Seen On” usage

Where your package includes placement in third-party outlets, you may reference those truthful placements (for example, an “As Seen On” banner) in your own materials. Outlet names and logos remain the property of their owners, and usage must comply with their brand guidelines.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OlaPR’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

General
