What we collect

When you use our planner, order form, or contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, company, role, website, social profiles, and the brief you write about your work. When you check out, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

We also store a single preference (your light/dark theme choice) in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.

How we use it

Your brief and contact details are used to prepare your placements, assign your personal PR representative, communicate about your order, and deliver the services you purchased. That’s the list. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site (hosting, email delivery, and payment processing).

Media outlets

By nature of PR, the story materials you approve are shared with media outlets for publication. Once published, that content is public and governed by each publisher’s own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We’ll honor it promptly, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons (like invoices).

Security & retention

We keep order and contact records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and we limit access to the team members working on your account.
